Recently, Henan Xuye Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully delivered a fully automatic egg tray machine production line to a client in Uzbekistan. The equipment completed factory testing, professional packaging, and was shipped smoothly by sea. It is now on its way to the client’s facility for installation and commissioning.

The customer is engaged in paper pulp packaging manufacturing and plans to expand into the egg tray and molded fiber tray market to meet the growing demand for eco-friendly packaging in the local and surrounding regions. After comparing multiple suppliers, the client chose XUYE’s egg tray machine solution due to its reliability, efficiency, and customized configuration.

During the project process, we designed a tailored production line based on the client’s capacity requirements and factory layout. The solution includes a pulping system, forming system, drying system, and auxiliary equipment. All machines were strictly tested before shipment to ensure stable operation and high-quality output.

For the shipping process, the equipment was carefully packed with reinforced protection to meet international transportation standards. A complete set of documents, including packing lists, technical manuals, and installation guides, was provided to facilitate customs clearance and future installation.

Once the equipment arrives in Uzbekistan, our technical team will provide remote guidance or on-site support to assist with installation, commissioning, and operator training. This ensures the client can quickly master the production process and start operations efficiently.
