We are pleased to share another successful international delivery of our egg tray production equipment. Recently, our company completed the shipment of a fully automatic egg tray making machine to Cape Verde, supporting a local customer in establishing a sustainable packaging business.

Project Background

Cape Verde, an island nation in West Africa, has been experiencing steady growth in agriculture and poultry farming. With increasing egg consumption, the demand for eco-friendly egg packaging solutions has also risen.

Our client, a local entrepreneur, aimed to invest in a paper egg tray production line to:

• Replace imported plastic packaging
• Utilize recycled waste paper
• Reduce packaging costs
• Support environmentally friendly practices

Machine Configuration

Based on the customer’s requirements and local market conditions, we recommended a semi-automatic egg tray production line, including:

• Pulping system (hydrapulper, pulp pump)
• Egg tray forming machine
• Drying system (natural drying suitable for local climate)
• Packing system

The machine is designed to produce:

• 30-cell egg trays
• Capacity: 1000–1500 pcs/hour
• Raw materials: waste paper, old cartons, newspapers
