1. Fast Engineer Dispatch Within 3 Working Days

Once the customer receives the egg tray machine, XUYE will arrange for experienced engineers to arrive at the customer’s site within three working days.

Our engineers are responsible for:

  • Equipment installation
  • Machine commissioning
  • Operator training

The total service duration is carried out strictly according to the contract agreement.

2. Pre-Installation Inspection & Planning

After arriving at the customer’s factory, the engineer will first:

  • Inspect the site preparation conditions
  • Evaluate utilities such as water, electricity, and raw material readiness
  • Identify potential issues

Based on this, a written installation and commissioning plan will be provided to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

3. Structured Installation & Commissioning Process

Once the customer’s construction team is ready, the project will proceed in an organized manner:

A. Preparation Phase

All preparations are carried out according to the approved construction plan, ensuring tools, materials, and personnel are ready.

B. Installation Execution

  • Installation is performed step-by-step following the plan
  • If daily tasks are not completed, the engineer will communicate promptly and adjust the schedule

C. Final Installation Stage

  • Equipment installation reaches completion
  • The customer prepares production workers
  • The project transitions into the commissioning phase

D. Commissioning & Training

During testing and trial runs:

  • Operators actively assist the engineer
  • Engineers provide hands-on training, including:
    • Equipment operation methods
    • Key precautions
    • Maintenance tips
    • Troubleshooting basics

4. Continuous Technical Support

Throughout installation, commissioning, and training, XUYE engineers will:

  • Answer all technical questions
  • Provide practical solutions
  • Ensure operators fully understand the system

5. Trial Operation & Customer Evaluation

After commissioning:

  • The egg tray machine will enter the trial production stage
  • Customer staff will operate the equipment independently
  • Engineers remain on-site for guidance

During this period, customers can:

  • Evaluate machine performance
  • Check product quality
  • Confirm production efficiency

6. Final Acceptance & Service Completion

Once the egg tray production line operates smoothly for 4 consecutive days:

  • The engineer completes the service process
  • The customer signs the XUYE After-Sales Service Confirmation Document

This marks the successful completion of installation and commissioning.
